is college education really necessary in the job market today

I believe that college education is very vital in the job market today. reason being is that lots of things that involves the real worl is based on how much education you have and how you use that education. i know some will probably think that i have all of this education and i still cant land a decent job but that is not the case. there are lots of employers that are looking to hire well educated college graduates it just depends on how much that graduate is willing to get out and look around for a great job. Nowadays you have to go to place to place day and night searching just as if you had no education at all. Remember, in this tough economy you need them more than they need you so you really have to impress the employer. In conclusion a higher education is always necessary in any job market no matter how tough things are.

the supreme court ruling on the walmart case.

Unfair wages is something that has been an ongoing problem in America for some time now. when it comes to unfair wages because of gender differences that too big of a problem. I am all for people getting the wages he or she deserves no matter thier sex. Case and point being the supreme court ruling on the the Walmart case. The situation is that Walmart was found paying men more than women in a recent secret investigation. The case was then brought to court by the supreme court and is currently being reviewed. On yesterday the court had come to a final conclusion on the case which walmart had eventually won over. My thoughts on the whole situation being a former employee of Walmart i am well aware of what takes place there. like any cash cow it had its goods and bads.

my personal experience that supports the case against walmart is that i have actually witnessed people that have mde less than me and have been working more years than i had been and they were women. i truly believe that this is very wrong circumstance because because women have to feed their families just like men have to and getting lower wages is not going to help the matter. in conclusion i believe that the ruling should be reviewed again and overturned for equality for all men and women. 

what would you attempt if you knew you couldnt fail?

Success is something everyone would like to have an abundance of, but the idea of knowing that i could not fail in whatever i wanted to accomplish is another situation by itself. If i had the opportunity to to attempt something and knowing that i could not fail it would be to rid the world of all the violence and danger that takes place so prevalently today. I would conveince the people of the world that violence and war is not the solution to solving a problem but peace and prosperity is always the beneficial route to take. Secondly i would cure all deadly viruses that claim the lives of millions of people each year in the world so that everyone can live a healthy and prosperous life. I believe that getting done with all poverty and hunger around the world would be neccessary also in order to achieve genuine happiness.In achieving this i would be confident that it would succeed because i could not fail.

Finally i would come to the aid and rescue of all people that have suffered from a lack of education in the world and build every proverty sticken nation with an abundance of excellent schools and great hospitals that would fulfill all of their basic neccessities.

Do you long for the past or look eagerly toward the future? Explain.

The past has been very bleak and unpromising; i look toward the future for a chance of honoring. The past in my life has been one of regret and sorrow but when i look toward the future it shows a bright tomorrow. The one reason why i get up with hope is because of a brighter future and try to make it better than my scary past that reminds me of Freddy Crugger. The past for some is a place that they would rather go back to, but not the case for me as i run like the wind to escape you. Im now in the present looking toward a brighter future but still look back on the past as an incredible disaster that will help shape my long awaited future. Some say no one knows what the future holds, but i say as long as Christ is in your your soul it is as bright as gold.
